class=\"fusion-post-content-container\"><p>Le Laboratoire Olc\u00e9a utilise une nouvelle m\u00e9thode d'analyse enzymatique, appel\u00e9e Zymberg, en partenariat avec l'entreprise Zymoptiq. Cette technique constitue une alternative au test de temps de chute de Hagberg, offrant des r\u00e9sultats aussi fiables que ce dernier en se basant sur l'activit\u00e9 enzymatique des amylases pr\u00e9sentes dans les grains. L'avantage principal de Zymberg r\u00e9side dans sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 absorber un volume important d'analyses quotidiennement. Cette analyse peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e au sein du laboratoire Olc\u00e9a \u00e0 Chartres. Le laboratoire de Rouen est accr\u00e9dit\u00e9 COFRAC depuis 2022 sous le num\u00e9ro 1-7041.
